The Bob Bullock Loop of Loop 20 encircles much of Laredo between U.S. 83 (Sacred Heart Drive) and Interstate 35 on the north end of town. Some of the route is a controlled access expressway, but the drive east to Texas 359 traverses residential and industrial areas.
