U.S. 441 (Orange Blossom Trail) continues north beyond Colonial Drive (SR 50) near Spring Lake. U.S. 441 travels solo for the first time since combining with U.S. 192 at Holopaw in rural eastern Osceola County. 03/31/18

Proceeding north through the industrial Fairvilla area, U.S. 441 (Orange Blossom Trail) meets SR 438 (Princeton Street). SR 438 ends just east of OBT at Rio Grande Avenue in the College Park neighborhood. 03/31/18
The intersection with Princeton is unmarked as SR 438 east and west. The state road arcs northwest along Princeton Street to overtake Silver Star Road (SR 416 / old SR 438) west to Pine Hills and Ocoee. 03/31/18

One half mile north of Princeton Street, U.S. 441 meets SR 416 (Silver Star Road) The state road begins at U.S. 441 and travels 1.7 miles west to SR 438 beyond Mercy Drive. 06/02/18
Silver Star Road continues east from U.S. 441 and SR 416 a quarter mile to Rio Grande Avenue, a residential through street. Connections with Maury Road lead east to SR 424 (Edgewater Drive) at College Park near Par Street. 03/31/18
Continuing north, U.S. 441 runs directly alongside the CSX Railroad again by an array of industrial parks to the west. 03/31/18
Traveling past Lake Fairview, U.S. 441 next approaches SR 423 (Lee Road east / John Young Parkway south). SR 423 follows an arc between SR 50 (Colonial Drive) in Orlando and U.S. 17-92 (Orlando Avenue) at Winter Park. 03/31/18
Lee Road leads SR 423 east through Fairview Shores 2.5 miles to Interstate 4 and the Winter Park city line. 03/31/18
Like many of the other circuitous state roads in Florida, SR 423 switches cardinal direction banners as it shifts from Lee Road to John Young Parkway. John Young Parkway carries the state road southward through industrial areas of Fairvilla. 03/31/18
Completed in September 2013, a pair of three lane flyovers pass above U.S. 441 (OBT) just beyond SR 423. The overpasses carry an extension of John Young Parkway (SR 434) north to Forest City Road. 02/02/08

All American Boulevard provides a cutoff to nearby Kennedy Boulevard (Unsigned CR 438A) and the town of Eatonville from U.S. 441. The collector route ends opposite Winter Rose Drive, a condominium complex entrance road. Plans call for a realignment of All American Boulevard to connect with Clarcona-Ocoee Road. 02/02/08
Cinderlane Parkway leads southward from U.S. 441 (Orange Blossom Trail) to Lake Orlando Parkway through an array of apartment complexes. 02/02/08
Clarcona-Ocoee Road branches west from Edgewater Drive (CR 424) and crosses paths with U.S. 441 (Orange Blossom Trail) at a commercialized intersection. The arterial winds west across Hiawasee to north Ocoee. 02/02/08
U.S. 441 enters the unincorporated area of Lockhart and meets Rose Avenue, a street between Clarcona-Ocoee Road and SR 414 (Maitland Boulevard) at Bear Lake Road. 02/02/08

Construction began in January 2007 on the John Land Apopka Expressway, a toll road connecting U.S. 441 and Maitland Boulevard west with SR 429 (Daniel Webster Western Beltway) and Wekiva Parkway. The exchange with SR 414 replaced an at-grade intersection. 02/12/21
East from U.S. 441, Maitland Boulevard constitutes a controlled access arterial and expressway to Interstate 4 at Maitland. SR 414 extends 6.21 miles to U.S. 17/92 near the Seminole County line. 02/12/21
U.S. 441 (Orange Blossom Trail) passes through the southwest corner of Seminole County for 0.35 miles near Overland Road. 02/12/21

Hiawassee Road comprises an arterial route through West Orlando and Pine Hills. Piedmont-Wekiwa Road continues the alignment northward to SR 436 (Semoran Boulevard) at Wekiva Springs Road. 02/12/21

U.S. 441 (Main Street) north intersects Central Avenue (CR 437A) south one block west of CR 435 (Park Avenue) in Downtown Apopka. CR 437A, a vastly unsigned route, travels south along Central Avenue to Michael Gladden Boulevard west and Ocoee-Apopka Road. The county road meanders through Ocoee along eastern reaches of Lake Apopka. Central Avenue north is also unsigned CR 424 to Orange Street. 04/26/15

SR 451 extends south from U.S. 441 and Vick Road to a systems interchange with SR 414 (John Land Apopka Expressway) and SR 429 (Daniel Webster Western Beltway). 04/26/15
SR 451 replaced SR 429 on the northernmost extent of the Western Beltway, when SR 429 shifted west alongside SR 414 along the John Land Apopka Expressway in January 2013. The Western Beltway connects Apopka with Ocoee, Winter Garden, and Florida's Turnpike south to SR 408 and Orlando. 04/26/15
An extension of Vick Road opened to traffic in August 2013. Vick Road leads north from SR 451 and U.S. 441 to Spring Ridge in north Apopka. Construction of the $2.2 million connector included redesigning the half diamond interchange to move the left turn from OBT north to SR 451 south along a new lane built adjacent to the northbound off-ramp.1 04/26/15
