| The intersection between SR 3 and U.S. 421 was rebuilt as a part of a series of infrastructure improvements for the new Honda Manufacturing Plant to the northwest of town. Those changes included the widening of U.S. 421 from SR 3 out to Interstate 74 and the redesign of the interchange with Interstate 74.
