The exchange (Exit 84) with U.S. 29-70/NC 150 south back into Spencer and NC 150 north at Seven Oaks Drive (SR 1285) opened to traffic in April 2013. 01/17/19

Paralleling I-85 northeast from Thomasville through Trinity and Archdale, NC 62 converges with the freeway at Exit 113. Interstate 74 was extended southeast from High Point to Glenola in November 2010. 06/15/15
