Exit 67 departs Interstate 74 west for NC 68 (Eastchester Drive). The 2004 portion of the High Point bypass meets the 1997 section of freeway at this six-ramp parclo interchange. 01/17/19
Curving west, Interstate 74 span an arm of Oak Hollow Lake on the half mile approach to Exit 66 with Johnson Street. 01/17/19
Johnson Street comprises a four lane arterial south to NC 68 (Eastchester Drive). Northward from Exit 66, Johnson Street spans Oak Hollow Lake on a causeway to several subdivisions and Sandy Ridge Road (SR 1850). 01/17/19
I-74 advances west to N Main Street (former U.S. 311 and later U.S. 311 Business), as the 1997 bypass meets the 1984 freeway linking north High Point with Winston-Salem. 01/17/19
Decommissioned in 2010, U.S. 311 Business was designated when U.S. 311 shifted to the High Point bypass to the east in 1997. U.S. 311 Business followed Main Street south to Downtown High Point and Archdale. Two wye interchanges (Exit 65) link I-74 with N Main Street at Old Plank Road. 01/17/19
A parclo interchange (Exit 63) joins I-75 with NC 66 at Horneytown one mile beyond the SR 1009 entrance ramp from N Main Street. 01/17/19

Interstate 40 originally followed the alignment of U.S. 421 along Salem Parkway (former Business Loop I-40) across the city of Winston-Salem. I-40 was relocated southward onto a freeway bypass in 1992. 01/17/19
Roadway stubs and grading were designated the exchange joining I-40 and I-73 for an unbuilt extension of the freeway northwest. 01/17/19
