Route 99 (Kamehameha Highway) commences north ahead of Center Drive. Center Drive meanders west to housing areas for Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and northeast to Radford Drive alongside Interstate H1. 01/18/11

Route 83 constitutes a 43.92 mile loop around the North Shore of Oahu to Kaneohe. Opened in 1993, Joseph P. Leong Highway is a four lane realignment of Route 83 away from Haleiwa. 08/15/19
