Pasco County Road 583 - Ehren Cutoff

Home » Guides » Florida » Pasco County Road 583 - Ehren Cutoff

County Road 583 connects U.S. 41 at Land O' Lakes with State Road 52 at Fort King Ranch along a 6.65 mile long winding course. Known as Ehren Cutoff, the two lane highway is generally rural, though entrance roads to newer subdivisions such as Duphree Lakes and Pristine Lake Preserve tie into the county road. Right of way is reserved to straighten out and realign most of the county road northward from Caliente Road. However, there are no active plans to widen or improve Ehren Cutoff beyond repaving and general maintenance.
