Utah State Route 119 is a rural highway measuring 8.753 miles from SR 23 at Kings Meadow Canyon and SR 118 at Richfield. The state route takes a winding course west from the mountains outside the town of Glenwood, lowering 1,000 feet in elevation by the time it intersects Main Street (former SR 263 / CR 2544) and Blackknoll Road. West from Glenwood, SR 119 crosses the Cove River to Prattsville, and the Sevier River en route to Richfield.

The west end of SR 119 ties into SR 118 (300 North) just outside the Richfield residential street grid. SR 118 follows old U.S. 89 between Business Loop I-70 in Richfield and SR 24 at Sigurd. 07/31/09
