Business Loop I-10 to the city of Willcox constitutes a 8.44 mile long route from I-10/U.S. 191 at Exit 336 to Exit 344 near the Dos Cabezas Mountains. Lining Haskell Avenue, the business route angles northeast along old U.S. 666/SR 86 into the Willcox street grid at Arizona Avenue. Paralleling a Union Pacific Railroad line one block to the west, Haskell Avenue continues into Downtown Wilcox where SR 186 combines with the route north from Maley Street. Following a 0.71 mile long overlap, SR 186 turns west along Rex Allen Drive 1.31 miles to I-10/U.S. 191 at Exit 340. Leaving Willcox, Business Loop I-10 traverses open desert across the Sulphur Springs Valley back to Interstate 10.

U.S. 666 through Willcox was renumbered as part of a long extension of U.S. 191 south from Interstate 40 and Chambers to Douglas in 1992.
